CIBSE Yorkshire region Student prizewinners for academic year 2010/11 This year we were very pleased to make 4 awards for exceptional academic acheavement in the region. The awards were presented at the CIBSE Yorkshire region Annual Dinner held at the Marriot Hotel in Leeds on the 18 November 2011. Nominations were received, this year from 4 institutions; - Leeds College of Building - Leeds College - Technology (Previously Leeds college of Technology) - Doncaster Education College - Sheffield University Kayley Lockhead receiving the 2011 Yorkshire Region Award following Nomination by Leeds College of Building for her outstanding achievements on the HND Building Services Engineering. Matthew Whittington receiving the 2011 Norman Fincher Award following nomination by Leeds College (Technology) for his achievements on the HNC in Building Services Mike Norton receiving the 2011 Wilf Durkin Award following nomination by Doncaster college for his exceptional achievements on the HND Building services Elizabeth Ward receiving the 2011 Yorkshire Region Award following nomination by Sheffield University for her acheivements on the Architectural Engineering Degree Course.
